The Center will reach 120 visually impaired people and stimulate the Township community economy by creating a business venture therby generating financial activity.

Project Justification:
Visually impaired Township community members located in the Western Cape have little access to Xhosa speaking rehabilitation services, schools and professional training. As a result, the visually impaired are isolated, illiterate, dependent and abused. To address these issues, W.E.B.A. (Western Cape Blind Association) joined forces with Ikamva Labantu to create a Training Center.
