Referred to as a recessed or pocket pivot hinge, the Harmon hinge is a hand made, pocket door hinge made of solid brass.

This hinge allows a door to swing clear of the opening, and fold back into a matched recess wall pocket, thus allowing the door surface to be flush with corridor wall.

No part of the hinge projects beyond the face of the door in either its open or closed position.
|
|
Hinge dimensions vary according to door thickness. Cost depends on door thickness size e.g. 1 3/8", 1 3/4", 2", 2 1/4", 2 1/2" and 3". The thickness of the door is vital information in order for us to quote or for an order to be processed.

It is recommended to use a pair and a half or 2 pairs on a very heavy and/or tall door.
|
|
All doors and jambs must be absolutely straight and plumb, there cannot be any bowing traits on doors, if so, they will not operate and will result in damage to these hinges.
