Custom offset pivot hinges (Concealed hinges)
All pivot sets are custom made to order to suit your specific door size and job condition.
To order you must furnish the following information:

  1. PIVOT SET CONFIGURATION:
    A set consists of four (4) pieces and will hang one (1) door. (Example T1- D1 x D1 - B1)
    Top jamb(1)
    Door top & bottom(2)
    Bottom jamb & Floor(1)
  2. DOOR THICKNESS & WEIGHT:
    Also note any applied panels, mirrors, fabric to be clad on face of door.

  3. JAMB DETAILS:
    Details of head, sill, and jamb conditions are relevant when ordering.

  4. HANDING:
    All pivot sets are handed.

  5. FINISH:
    All architectural finishes are available.

INTERMEDIATE PIVOTS are used for certain conditions where the doors are very high and/or very heavy and are mounted in the middle of the door, one (1) on the jamb and one (1) on the door. Intermediate pivots are two (2) pivot portions only. The only portions that are feasibly used for this application are T4, T5, D3, & D4 and paired usually as following combinations: T4 x D3 and T5 x D4.

CENTER HUNG PIVOTS are two (2) pivot leaves TCH4 x DCH3. One (1) TCH4 hung from the center of the top jamb and one (1) DCH3 mortised onto the top of the door.

NOTE: All doors and jamb must be absolutely straight and plumb, with no bowing traits on doors.
